What changed
The public surface stopped being “a complete portfolio website.” It became a connected knowledge base, reputation engine, and intelligent guide — insights, proof, principles, founder notes, journeys, agent-readable llms.txt. The question shifted from “what did he build?” to “how does he think and work — and how do we collaborate?”
